Strong fitness: membership hold form

Hold Policy

Memberships may be placed on hold if the athlete is unable to utilize membership for more than 28 days and up to 60 days for any reason. We require notice of 15 days in advance of the hold going into effect. Holding memberships require a hold end date and cannot be more than 60 days from start date. Upon expiration of the unfreeze date, your account will automatically become active and payment will resume. If membership is cancelled while on hold, you are subject to the cancellation policy. Members can place their subscription on hold for a max of 2 times per calendar year.
