Strong Fitness: Where Unforgettable Fun and Fitness Collide

Waiver Policy: All participants require a waiver to be filled out by a parent or guardian 18 and older. Any participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian fill out the waiver before participating in any activity on the floor. ID verification may be used to verify identity upon checking in at the location. Waivers can be filled out online or at the location. Strong Fitness Performance and Ninja reserves the right to remove customers who violate federal/state laws and/or Strong policies without a refund.

Party Duration: Each party is two hours in total length with 90 minutes in a designated semi-private party bay. For those who would like extended play after the party time, Strong offers an exclusive party guest discount of 20% off of our Active Play services.

Party Detail Communication: Party details will be confirmed on a call set by the party booker through an event confirmation link sent via email. This is where a call can be scheduled at your preferred date and time. If we are unable to reach the booking holder, the details on the party contract will be used to set up the party. If you’d like to change any details, please call or email our team at 972-373-4062 or team@strong.fitness. For online party bookings, party must be booked at least 8 days in advance; otherwise, please call us at 972-373-4062 to have a manager book a party for any immediate needs!

Party Size Modification: Please know that parties are not permitted to move down in size once booked. If a party size reduction needs to take place, then that must be communicated to Strong within 48 hours of booking. A successful $100 Non-Refundable Deposit is required to hold date and time of scheduled parties. Party date and time are adjustable if made outside of 7 days of the scheduled party time. In the event of a party cancellation outside of the 7 day window the $100 deposit may be used as a credit for any Strong Product, Service or Subscription. If the deposit is not used within 6 months of the original booking date you will forfeit the full deposit amount. Food and Drink Policy: Strong does not allow hot or cooked food inside the facility. You may conveniently order cooked food options such as pizza, chicken tenders, hot dogs, or fries from our cafe for your event. Exceptions can be made for individuals with allergies or cultural/religious dietary restrictions. Strong also does not allow alcohol of any kind on the premises. 

Dress Code & Safety Policy:  All participants must wear grip socks. Strong grip socks are included for all party attendees and available for purchase for $3 for those not attending the party. To participate on the fun floor, customers must meet the specified requirements designated by Strongs floor policy.
