STRONG YOUTH FITNESS PROGRAM

FUN & RUN

Ages 4-6

Fun & Run: Ages 4 to 5 - Engaging activities for young learners to enhance motor skills and cognitive abilities.
For kids ages 4-6. This class helps little ones learn basic foundational movement patterns and build an early love for active lifestyles through a variety of fun games and activities.

MOVEMENT

Ages 7-9

Movement: Ages 6 to 8 - Introduce fitness, nutrition basics & enhance body awareness, strength, speed, balance, agility, coordination & confidence.
For kids ages 7-9. This class introduces more complex movements and offers a mix of challenging workouts and games to help students grow physically and mentally stronger.

PEAK

Ages 10-14

Peak: Ages 9 to 12 - Transformative class for growth spurts, boosting bone density, refining motor skills, and maintaining healthy body composition.
For kids ages 10-14. This class is for our intermediate-to-advanced movers who are looking for a fun and engaging way to grow stronger. With a focus perfecting movement patterns and friendly competition, this class helps provide students with the tools to live a healthy and active lifestyle.

Perform is for 14 and older youth where their physical and mental maturity is becoming more prominent. Maximize your child’s ability to develop speed, strength, coordination, and mental well-being.
