Terms and Conditions of Service

  1. Membership Policy 
  • All membership dues are non-refundable and paid in advance of service on a 4 week (28 day) cycle. All memberships will be automatically renewed at the end of each term at the current rate unless cancellation is provided as per our cancellation policy listed below. Members must agree to pay listed fees for late and/or declined payments. 
  • If the new member is unsatisfied after the first 14 days of their first membership draft, then the new member is entitled to a full refund of the amount first billed. This applies to Strong All-Access and Strong Foundation members only. 
  • All members must complete a waiver of liability before participating in any service provided by Strong Fitness, LLC. Failure to complete a waiver of liability will result in denied access into any service of Strong Fitness & Fun.  


  1. Class Reservation Policy 
  • Classes are first come first serve and are based on proactive online or in-person reservation. 
  • Classes can be reserved online via Strong app up to 14 days in advance as long as the member has an active membership. 
  • All class check-ins must take place in person at Strong via sign in terminal. 
  • Through the app you are able to reserve for your respective class, check class availability, and easily communicate with our team. 
  • Classes have limited capacity, but you may come to any class within your membership regardless of day and time 
  • If the class you wish to attend is full, you can request to be put on the waitlist. An email and SMS notification will be sent to you if a spot opens 
  • Once reserved, you have the option to cancel your reservation if you will miss this class. You must cancel your reservation a minimum 4 HOURS before the start of your class. If you do not cancel, the session will be consumed because a class spot has been taken off the schedule 
  • If you no-show your reserved class, it will consume the session from the members package. 


  1. Strong Open Gym Policy 
  • Strong Fitness offers Open Gym to members with any membership that includes Open Gym. The number of times a member may attend Open Gym is dictated by the membership option they have chosen. Open Gym is intended for members to complete their own personal workout sessions or Strong programming if they are in an add-on program or unable to attend a class time.  
  • Athletes may use Open Gym for mobility and some limited additional skill and accessory work. We encourage all athletes to join a program like Next Level or Strength if they would like more additional work outside of class programming. 


  1. Open Play Add-On Policy 
  • Members who have the Open Play add-on are able to engage in the open play service during open play hours (10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday – Saturday and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday) 
  • The Open Play add-on is excusive to active members only. 


  1. Membership Cancelation and Hold Policy 
  • For membership cancellations, we require 5 days notice from your next billing date. All cancel and hold requests must be formally submitted via form which you can access below, (Except during your free trial period if applicable) 
  • The minimum age for all fitness service participants is ages 13 and 10-12 if accompanied by a parent or guardian.  
  • Cancelation Policy: Our cancellation policy is one of the most flexible in the business. All we ask is that you notify us within 5 business days of your next draft date using our cancellation link: www.strong.fitness/cancel 
  • Hold Policy: You can also put your account on HOLD for up to 3 months using www.strong.fitness/hold Your account will automatically go live when hold date is up
