| Class | Description |

| Strong Class | The Strong Class is an exciting and challenging workout program designed to help individuals living a modern, active lifestyle achieve their fitness goals. This class is focused on three key areas: cardio, strength, and aesthetics. |
| Fun & Run (Ages 4-5) | A dynamic class that helps 4-5 year olds develop their gross and fine motor skills, as well as their physical and mental abilities. |
| Movement (Ages 6-8) | As your child’s age level goes up so does the class. Movement is an introduction to physical fitness training, nutrition basics, improving body awareness, grip & pulling strength, speed, balance, agility, coordination, and confidence. |
| Peak (Ages 9-12) | Peak is a transformative class for those ages 9-12 as they are starting to hit growth spurts. It improves bone density, enhances motor skills, and maintains a healthy body composition. |
| Perform (Ages 13+) | Perform is for 13 and older youth whose physical and mental maturity is becoming more prominent. Maximize your child’s ability to develop speed, strength, coordination, and mental well-being. |
| Ninja Level 2 | Class based on skill level for any age who aspires to complete like a Ninja Warrior. Get ready for full training course, obstacle conditioning, and rigorous conditioning. |
| Platinum (Adult & Youth) | Our platinum classes are a specialized training program for adult and youth members who want the opportunity for more attention, repetitions, and offer more flexibility in scheduling with our full-time staff at Strong. These classes are small and intimate with a maximum of six students per coach allowing us to provide the best individualized attention. |
