Class Schedule Survey
With the new year just around the corner, we are looking at making a few changes to our youth schedule to better accommodate our Strong Fam-Uh-Lee!
Please make sure to fill out this survey as soon as you can so we can get your feedback (it should only take a minute or two).
Movement highlight: Pulling
For this programming block, we’ve decided to highlight “pulling” for our B Day classes. We’ve covered lots of different types of pulls, such as sled pulls, banded lat pull downs, assisted pull ups, and even some work on the rowing machine!
One of the main muscles used for these activities is the latissimus dorsi, or “lat” for short. In class, we’ve been calling this our “dorito” muscle given its unique shape and location. Try quizzing your ninja at home and see if they can tell you more about their lats!
