Our New Youth Schedule is Here!

With the introduction of our SAS class, we’ve made some changes to our overall youth schedule. Please make sure to take a look at our schedules page as your usual class dates and times may have changed.
Additionally, for our older teens, we have designated our Strong Classes on Mondays and Fridays at 6pm as our Teen nights. If your teenager is looking their next workout challenge, we encourage you to check it out!

PROGRAM highlight: DEADLIFT

For this youth block, one of our key movements is the deadlift. This movement targets a number of muscles in the posterior chain such as the glutes and hamstrings, and it’s a great exercise to help build strength for explosive actions like sprinting and jumping.
This foundational movement is also an excellent place for our advance movers to transition towards more explosive movements such as cleans.
