Howdy, Strong Fam-Uh-Lee!
Christmas is just around the corner and we can’t wait! Before we get to the 25th, here’s a few things to keep in mind:
holiday closures
Strong will be making the following changes to our daily operations:
- December 24th – Closed
- December 25th – Closed
- December 26th – Closed
- December 31st – Closing at 6pm, no evening classes
- January 1st – Closed
Strong Winter Camp!
We still have a few spots left for our winter break camp
We have plenty of fun games and competitions in store, so make sure to register as soon as possible!
- Dates: December 22nd, 26th, 29th, 30th, 31st, and January 2nd
- Time: 9 a.m - 3:30 p.m
- Convenience Hours: Early drop-off and late pick-up available
- Daily Camp Rate: $85/Day, multiday and siblings discount available
- Lunch and 2 snacks per day are included!

Run, run, Rudolph Leaderboard
For one of our fitness challenges, we had our reindeer run as many champions as they could in 8-10 minutes. Here were some of our top performances for the workout:
Movement (8 minutes)
- Fire Diamonds – 17

Peak (10 minutes)

Coach’s Corner:
Practice Gratitude this Holiday Season
The holidays are here, which means plenty of gift-giving (and receiving!) with those you care about. This season, take time to express gratitude to those around you. This can include:
- Writing thank-you cards for those who do something nice for you
- Helping your parents clean up after the super awesome dinner they made you
- Giving back to your community by volunteering
- Simply saying, “Thank you!”
Parents, we know you do a TON for your kids all year (including bringing them to class here at Strong), so from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU! We hope you feel the love this holiday season 🙂
strong kid challenge
Jingle Bell Squat!
This Kid Challenge is done to the song Jingle Bell Rock. The rules are:
- While the song is playing, do high-knees, bunny hops, or dance—your choice!
- Anytime you hear the word “jingle,” do one air squat.
Let us know how many air squats you completed during the challenge!
