    Memorial day is just around the corner! You know what that means… MURPH! For those who are not aware and have never done the workout Murph, here is what is in store for you:

1 Mile Run

100 Pull Ups

200 Push Ups

300 Air Squats

1 Mile Run

We realize this is quite the fitness challenge. Do NOT get discouraged, we will have multiple scaling options for everyone to attack this workout that is inside there level of fitness! We will have one big class on Saturday May 29th at 9:00 am! We will have a big brief at 8:30 am and then will start warming up for the beast of a workout!  After we complete, feel free to hang around and talk about how fun the workout was… We will have open gym available that day but one CrossFit class at 9:00am! We will also only have open gym on Monday May 31st, no classes.


    You have all been waiting and we are finally excited to announce that our fitness studio is reopening! We will start our studio classes in early June, just in time to get those bodies in tip top shape for summer! As of now, we will have one morning and evening class on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays! We are also going to offer a yoga class on Wednesdays. Get ready to get moving, get the sweat going and burn some calories!


    We are so excited to host the Lone Star Legends CrossFit Competition! This will be an in-person masters competition  on June 25- 27th! The throw down will take place on our main fitness floor and the winner of each division will earn a spot to the Legends Master Competition!
